Jony Walker

I started out my work experience early on in a small town farm in Iowa, where taking care of animals and those small town values taught me that work is about more than just a paycheck. That upbringing led me into our family construction business, and I’ve been self employed in construction since my early twenties. Naturally, this brought me into leadership and mentorship roles, as construction is often the first job many young people have, and I’ve enjoyed teaching them the skills they need to support their own families. In the end, it’s been about passing on what I’ve learned and helping others grow.
