Three steps

Selection Process

Step 1: Complete Questionnaire

Our Eligibility Questionnaire helps us identify young men who fit Forte Strong's specific criteria. It takes about five minutes, and you can expect eligibility results within 72 hours. Those who meet our criteria are invited to continue to Step 2 — and we'll talk with you along the way.

Step 2: The Interview

Next, we talk with your son directly. This step empowers him to decide for himself whether he wants to attend Forte Strong. Over about 30 minutes, we get to know him and gauge his readiness and desire to change. If he's a good fit, we extend him a formal invitation to attend.

Step 3: The Application

The final step is a straightforward application that helps us confirm Forte Strong is the right environment for your son to succeed. Once we've reviewed it and everything's in order, he's all set — and it's time to pack his bags and take his first real step toward becoming an independent man.
