About Forte Strong
The first program built for one thing: launching young men who've stalled.
Forte Strong is the nation's premier failure-to-launch program — the first of its kind, and the longest-running independent living program built exclusively for young men 18–30 who can't seem to start their adult lives. We've been doing this one thing since 2011.
Why Forte Strong exists.
Before Forte Strong, there was no good option for a specific kind of young man: intelligent, capable, not in trouble with the law, not battling addiction — just stuck. Parents who went looking for help kept finding programs built for someone else. Drug rehabilitation centers. Psychiatric facilities. Programs designed for serious behavioral issues or criminal histories. So they faced an impossible choice: send a bright, struggling young man into an environment built for problems he didn't have — or do nothing and watch him drift.
Forte Strong was created to solve that dilemma. An independent living program designed from the ground up for failure to launch specifically — for the young man who has every capacity to succeed and, for reasons that run deeper than laziness, simply hasn't. Not a rehab. Not a facility. A program built for exactly this young man, and exactly this moment in his life.
What makes Forte Strong different.
We do one thing
Forte Strong isn't a general treatment center that also takes failure-to-launch cases. It's the first and longest-running program built exclusively for this. Everything we do — our approach, our coaching, our environment — is designed around this specific challenge and this specific age of young man.
We launch. We don't return.
The purpose of Forte Strong is not to stabilize your son and send him back to the environment he came from. It's to launch him into a life of his own — his own place, his own work, his own next chapter. This philosophy shapes everything about how the program is built.
Therapy and coaching, as one team.
Most programs offer clinical treatment or life coaching. Forte Strong integrates both into a single treatment team, so the psychological work and the real-world skill-building reinforce each other instead of happening in isolation.
Real life, practiced for real.
Your son doesn't grow in a controlled bubble or a remote wilderness. He builds an independent life in the real world — a real home, a real job, real responsibilities — with the support to do it and the accountability to keep at it.
Small by design.
Forte Strong is intentionally small. That scale is what makes genuine coordination, real relationships, and individual attention possible — and it's a core reason the program works when larger, less personal programs haven't.
More than 15 years of doing this.
Since 2011, Forte Strong has been refining one program for one purpose. Over those years, we've become one of the most experienced and recognized names in failure to launch — not by expanding into everything, but by going deeper into the one thing we do.
That experience shows up in ways that matter to your son: an approach that's been tested and refined across many years and many young men, a team that has seen a wide range of presentations, and the hard-won judgment to know what actually helps a stalled young man move forward — and what only looks like help.
